Refund policy

Returns & Reprints Policy

At Transplant Living, we stand behind the quality of every order. Because all of our products are made to order through print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly offer a free reprint or refund if your item arrives with a printing error, including:

  • Misprints or smeared ink
  • Wrong design printed
  • Faded, cracked, or peeling print upon arrival
  • Significant color differences from what was displayed

To be eligible, you must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date. To do so, please email us at infosecondchancepodcast@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the defective item
  3. A brief description of the issue

Once we review your claim, we'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We process claims within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Transplant Living is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched.
