Shipping Policy
Processing Time All products at Transplant Living are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for shipment before it leaves our fulfillment partner's facility.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada & International: 7–21 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the fulfillment center processing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at infosecondchancepodcast@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
